Featured work

Footmexan ALTEK product

Footmex is a mobile product designed, built and operated by ALTEK: personalised football content, match discovery and a notification feed. Owning a product teaches us real user operations, release discipline and scaling — and that is what we carry into client work.

Problem
Football content is scattered; a fan has to scan several sources to find what concerns their own team.
Product
A mobile app with team-based personalisation, match discovery and timely notifications.
Operations
Content pipeline, notification infrastructure and release management are run by ALTEK.
  • The Footmex home feed: news cards personalised to the teams you follow.
  • The discover screen: teams trending right now and popular topics.
  • The reporters feed: live posts from clubs and journalists, with in-match updates.
  • The player directory: trending players and a full list filtered by position.
  • The team directory: trending and all teams, each with its squad size.
  • A country page: content depth reaching 11 leagues, 174 teams and 3,729 players.

Selected systems

Designed for real operations.

  • Problem
HR, stock, purchasing and operations ran apart, so the same record disagreed with itself.
    What we built
A modular ERP installed per company: one permission and approval core, business modules that switch on and off.
    Outcome
Every record now has one home, and which modules run became the company's own decision.

How we work

Six steps. Every step has a deliverable.

  1. 01

    We define the problem

    Problem definition

We study the operation, its users and its constraints first-hand. Scope opens only once the problem is agreed.

  2. 02

    Solution & design

    Proposal + design

Scope, architecture and interface are designed as one. You see what will be delivered before a line is written.

Approval — development does not start before the design is signed off

  3. 03

    Build & beta

    Working beta

Once approved, we build and ship a working version early. Not a deck — software you can put in front of people.

  4. 04

    Feedback & revision

    Revised releases

We review the beta together. Every note is recorded, and the system is revised against that record.

  5. 05

    Delivery & launch

    Production launch

We go live once monitoring, backups and a rollback path are in place. Nothing is left open at handover.

  6. 06

    Monitor & evolve

    Care & evolution

We track real usage and evolve the system against it. Ownership does not end at delivery.

Security & ownership

Built to launch. Designed to last.

Security is a standard layer in every project, not only a service bought separately. The questions raised at the contract table are answered here.

Authorisation, data boundaries and secret handling live inside the architecture — not in a checklist added at the end.
